GCFiT 개인정보처리방침

GCFiT은 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 관련 법령에 따라 개인정보를 안전하게 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.

본 개인정보처리방침은 GCFiT 모바일 애플리케이션에 적용됩니다.

1. 개인정보의 처리 목적

GCFiT은 다음의 목적을 위해 개인정보를 처리합니다.

GCFiT은 앱 기능 제공을 위해 다음과 같은 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.

GCFiT은 위치 권한을 사용하더라도 사용자의 실제 위치를 추적하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

GCFiT은 사용자가 입력하거나 측정한 건강 정보를 앱 기능 제공을 위해 처리합니다. 현재 GCFiT은 사용자의 건강 측정 데이터를 별도 서버로 전송하지 않으며, 사용자의 기기 내에 저장하는 것을 원칙으로 합니다.

단, 향후 서버 연동 기능 또는 백업 기능이 추가되는 경우, 해당 기능 제공 전 개인정보처리방침을 개정하여 고지하겠습니다.

4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

GCFiT은 이용자가 앱을 사용하는 동안 개인정보를 보유 및 이용합니다. 이용자가 앱 내에서 기록을 삭제하거나 앱을 삭제하는 경우, 기기 내에 저장된 정보는 함께 삭제될 수 있습니다.

5. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

GCFiT은 이용자의 개인정보를 외부 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 법령에 따라 수사기관 또는 관계 기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우에는 관련 법령에 따라 제공될 수 있습니다.

GCFiT은 현재 개인정보 처리 업무를 외부 업체에 위탁하지 않습니다. 향후 개인정보 처리 위탁이 발생하는 경우, 위탁 대상자와 위탁 업무 내용을 본 개인정보처리방침을 통해 고지하겠습니다.

이용자는 언제든지 앱 내에서 본인의 정보를 확인, 수정 또는 삭제할 수 있습니다. 또한 개인정보와 관련하여 문의가 있는 경우 아래 문의처를 통해 요청할 수 있습니다.

Bluetooth 권한

건강 측정 기기와 연결하고 측정값을 수신하기 위해 사용됩니다.

위치 권한

Android 일부 버전에서는 Bluetooth 기기 검색을 위해 위치 권한이 필요할 수 있습니다. GCFiT은 위치 권한을 사용자의 실제 위치 추적 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

GCFiT은 만 14세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하는 앱이 아닙니다. 만 14세 미만 아동이 앱을 사용하는 경우, 법정대리인의 동의 및 관리하에 사용하는 것을 권장합니다.

본 개인정보처리방침은 관련 법령, 앱 기능 변경 또는 서비스 정책 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있습니다. 개인정보처리방침이 변경되는 경우 앱 내 공지 또는 개인정보처리방침 페이지를 통해 안내하겠습니다.

GCFiT values the privacy of its users and has established and published this Privacy Policy to protect personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

This Privacy Policy applies to the GCFiT mobile application.

Even when location permission is required, GCFiT does not track or store the user's actual location.

3. Processing and Storage of Personal Information

GCFiT processes health information entered or measured by the user in order to provide app functionality. Currently, GCFiT does not transmit users' health measurement data to a separate server. As a general rule, such information is stored only on the user's device.

If server integration or backup features are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated and notice will be provided before those features are made available.

4. Retention and Use Period

GCFiT retains and uses personal information while the user uses the app. When the user deletes records within the app or removes the app, locally stored information may also be deleted.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

GCFiT does not disclose users' personal information to external third parties. However, information may be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws when a lawful request is received from an investigative authority or other competent government agency.

6. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing

GCFiT does not currently outsource the processing of personal information to external service providers. If such outsourcing occurs in the future, the service provider and the scope of outsourced work will be disclosed through this Privacy Policy.

Users may review, correct, or delete their information within the app at any time. Users may also contact us using the information below to make requests concerning personal information.

Bluetooth Permission

This permission is used to connect to health measurement devices and receive measurement data.

Location Permission

Certain Android versions may require location permission for Bluetooth device discovery. GCFiT does not use this permission to track the user's actual location.

GCFiT is not primarily intended for children under the age of 14. If a child under the age of 14 uses the app, use under the consent and supervision of a legal guardian is recommended.

This Privacy Policy may be revised due to changes in applicable laws, app features, or service policies. Any changes will be announced within the app or on this Privacy Policy page.

In the event of any inconsistency between the Korean and English versions of this Privacy Policy, the Korean version shall prevail.
